Hotel Haya embodies everything special about Ybor City: exuberant Cuban, Italian, and Spanish influences. On a downtown street teeming with history, the project fuses two historic buildings with integrated new build construction: the ornate Las Novedades building, Tampa’s oldest restaurant built in 1890, and the Warren Building, where Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders are rumored to have haunted.
Hotel Haya features over 9,500 sq. ft. of event space that boasts soaring two-story room heights and maximum natural light, is further enhanced by impeccable details like whitewashed brick walls, herringbone wood floors, and a custom blown glass chandelier for the ultimate in flexibility and fun. Combined with our 178 guest rooms and on-site restaurants, we can host events of all sizes, from team meetings to company conferences.
Flor Fina is inspired by Ybor City’s exuberant and diverse mix of Spanish, Italian, and Cuban cultures. Coastal cuisine inspired by Latin America, the Mediterranean, and Florida’s Gulf Coast, the menu features fresh, local ingredients, shareable plates, and large format entrees on the custom-made oak-wood grill. Cafe Quiquiriqui is a chic Cuban-European-inspired cafe that transports diners to another time and place. Pool Bar opening soon.
