As New England’s first integrated luxury resort, MGM Springfield has ignited a cultural and economic renaissance in a historic New England city. The resort covers three city blocks in the heart of Springfield, Massachusetts and combines new construction with revived historic buildings, offering more than 125,000 square feet of gaming space, a 250-room boutique hotel on Main Street, superior spa services, diverse retail and inspired dining headlined by award-winning Chef Michael Mina’s Cal Mare. MGM Springfield also features a Regal luxury cinema, 10 bowling lanes and an outdoor plaza with year-round events, local art displays and performers.

Meeting Facilities - Featuring more than 34,000 square feet of versatile meeting and convention space, MGM Springfield is designed to host events of all sizes, including small gatherings, business meetings, and large galas. The Armory was originally built for the Massachusetts Militia and later used by the Massachusetts National Guard. The Armory is now used as stunning event space, activated with pop-up art galleries, seasonal events, concerts and more.

Accommodations - MGM Springfield’s six-story hotel tower boasts 252 rooms, including 16 suites, that celebrate Springfield’s heritage. The rooms, designed by MGM Resorts Design & Development, feature historical building façades framing the windows; reclaimed wood tables made from trees on the former Bliss Street in the Garden and Spa Suites; and a custom chandelier made of vintage hats, inspired by Dr. Seuss in the Presidential Suite.

Dining & Recreation - MGM Springfield offers an array of new-to-market food and beverage spots, including Coastal Italian hangout Cal Mare by celebrated chefs’ Michael Mina and Adam Sobel; a classic steakhouse; and a fast-casual marketplace with six unique concepts.

Access - MGM Springfield’s outdoor plaza is the anchor of community spirit in Springfield’s revitalized downtown neighborhood. Located approximately 80 miles west of Boston, as well as nearby Bradley International Airport in Hartford and the Amtrak-serviced Union Station, make MGM Springfield well connected and accessible to local and global audiences.
