Meeting Facilities - The 40,000-sq.-ft. conference center has three ballrooms, 19 conference rooms, two boardrooms and a tiered auditorium with a stage and fixed seating, all connecting to the 20,000-sq.-ft. glass-ceiling atrium. Numerous outdoor settings, including the lush vineyards and a 42,000-sq.-ft., 16th-century-style French château with full production winery, provide a creative background for meetings, banquets and receptions.
Accommodations - The AAA Four Diamond Inn at Château Élan offers 275 deluxe guest rooms, including 25 suites. The rooms are designed after a French estate, with lavish bathrooms, each with deep-soaking tub and walk-in shower. Located directly behind the Inn, the Spa Mansion features 14 newly renovated luxury guest suites and, overlooking the golf courses, 14 two-, three- and four-bedroom villas.
Dining & Recreation - Eight distinctive restaurants and lounges range from classic French and Mediterranean to All-American, Southern Regional and Spa cuisine paired with Château Élan-estate bottled wines. Amenities include winery tours and tastings, 63 holes of championship golf, Viking culinary studio, development and teambuilding center, tennis center, equestrian center and a 35,000-sq.-ft. European health spa.
