Our entire 40-acre property is considered a Bauhaus-inspired “total work of art.” The Aspen Institute's original grounds weave outdoor walkways through sculpted landscapes collectively known as "earthworks", to connect seminar spaces to the residential complex, reminding the visitor of their relationship with nature, mind, and body.

With 22,000 square feet of meeting and event space, 16 meeting rooms throughout 6 different buildings, state-of-the-art technology, and exquisite culinary options, it's no surprise that our groups return for their business and corporate retreats. From the boardroom with stunning views, to our seminar rooms designed to inspire discussion, to the 270-degree view, floor to ceiling window pavilion, we are sure to have a space to fit your needs.

Our all-suite hotel has newly renovated guest rooms that pay homage to our Bauhaus design roots. Blending nature, art, and authenticity, our suites respect the original design while also meeting the expectations of the modern-day traveler. The suites have living, working, and sleeping areas to accommodate business travelers and families, alike.

Enjoy fresh, seasonal ingredients from local and regional farmers. Our fine dining experience features unforgettable dishes served with impeccable mountain views. We boast three art galleries and many Bayer-designed outdoor sculptures. The Health Center has a full work out room, steam rooms, an outdoor heated saline lap pool, and a hot tub. We run eco-friendly electric shuttle buses to/from Downtown Aspen, as well as to/from the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport – 3 miles away. Reservations are required.
